To excel as a Machine Operator with Borg you must have a high level of mechanical aptitude, excellent written and oral communication skills, a good level of computer literacy - and love a challenge.
This is a very physically demanding role so you need to be physically fit and strong, and be willing to work as part of a team.
Preferably you would have also had experience in a similar environment within manufacturing.
You must also hold a Forklift Licence and experience.
